Aaron Webb
Farmer: Colerne

Aaron Thomas Stephens Webb was born in Colerne in 1850 at Manor Farm, baptised at the Parish church on 16 May 1850, son of Aaron Webb senior and wife Elizabeth Stephens who had married at Bath Abbey on 13 January 1840. By 1871 the family had moved to West Kington. On 23 July 1873 the whole of the Manor of Euridge was up for sale, which included Euridge Farm. Aaron Webb Junior was in occupation of that farm at the time.

Aaron married Harriet Gent, daughter of George Lockyer Gent, on 20 April 1887 at Dyrham St. Peter.

It is likely that Aaron Webb produced his own cider, hence the use of flagons.

Aaron quitted Euridge Farm at Michaelmas 1918.  Aaron Thomas Stephen Webb, of Hazeldene, 35 Marshfield Road, Chippenham, Wilts. died 22 March 1932. He was buried on 26 March.
